About my blog and what's the purpose
After, all I always secretly wanted to be able to make a difference in some way, but due to my terrible English, I didn't believe it was possible. Now that I’ve spent lots of time and effort on my mindset, strengthening my confidence I realize that I’m holding myself back. So, I’m going to quit allowing my own limiting beliefs to keep me from something that could help others! I know there are so many people this could help and families I'm not going to let fear get in my way! Mel Robbins taught me that success is just on the other side of fear. So in order to really see what you're capable of doing you must be willing to feel the fear and keep on pushing, so here goes nothing!
The 1st dress I designed in college I hand-stitched flowers draping over bodice
So I hope you stick around for my future blogs to let me educate, entertain, inspire you while I share my story from trials to triumph! I’m not going to let this horrible disease hold me back from doing the things I love! I’m so excited to be sharing more about Live in Maui, My passion for fashion and design in general, while sharing personal details about my struggles in hopes that it will help raise awareness for others suffering and help them and their loved ones have a better understanding of how to persevere in what probably feels like a hopeless existence after trauma!
I wanted to share some of my own fashion designs with you to share some of my favorites & I hope you enjoy! All the fashions are original designs and produced by me! Thanks so much,
Ella Rose

That's a totally fair question and I want to answer that by saying I will go into more detail but I suffer from CPTSD. For quite some time, doing. Intense therapy I finally feel better about sharing my story! In addition to that, I have my BFA degree in fashion and design so I want to share my experience of how im using my dreams as a coping mechanism to deal with my life since suffering from CPTSD and hope it helps more who are suffering while sharing some light-hearted articles in the mix that will be more entertaining!
Aloha my friends! Thanks so much for taking the time to read my blog as you probably wondering when did she take up writing... Here's a lil throwback im not sure any of you will even know this but when I was growing up I would love to write these silly stories my mom reminds me and I would read them to her in the morning! Lol, I so wish I had saved one to look at and remember. So I have a few things I’m so passionate about and decided to start a blog to share experiences I’ve had, and other things I hope and believe you will find & enjoying my goal is to entertain, educate or inspire you to want to live your best life!
My design I was an award for and was so grateful to have got to place my senior year in college
Unfortunately, many none-military individuals are suffering in silence many of your own family so for all those affected by this soal stealing and dream-crushing illness they need their loved ones more than ever! I hope through education of what a survivor suffers on a daily basis you will understand why it can be so debilitating many times! We never want to be alone but we isolate ourselves because is how we cope feeling more lonely as no one can understand it without experience and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy!
