Ella Rose

Aloha, my name is Elizabeth Rose. I'm a college graduate in design and have has the opportunity to work in all areas of my field mainly working in Fashion & Interior Design now with all our social media being one of the management or owners assistants it's always been my job to handle sales and marketing as well so I’ve expanded my skills into a lot of graphic design as well as sales and marketing. I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to grow my skills in all areas! As a freelance designer, I do content creation, photography, any design work with my experience im able to do just about any requests and love producing great work for my clients! As my passion is to create what my clients want exactly and doing this by paying close attention to detail! I have a blog that offers design this as well as lifestyle tips in addition to discounts and monthly drawing to be entered to win a special monthly gift or promotion! I promise we will not spam you considering I’m not a fan of that either so I always strive to go above and beyond for my clients! If you're just starting our company is happy to offer logo and branding kits I will do bundled discounts and always love helping those in need! The major reason for starting my blog was to combine 2 areas im extremely passionate about as I discussed design being a major influence in my life it is also a coping skill I use trying to continue healing from a life-threatening violent experience that has caused me to have a very severe case of CPTSD that I hope to use this blog as a way to help educate people on PTSD & CPTSD (a more severe form if PTSD) unfortunately, many people are unaware of the debilitating effects the illness has on those who suffer and many are not aware that it is very real for many who have never fought in the wars! Imagine if you can never choose to put yourself in harms way or signing up for the risks that come with it me the training; One day I was just studying for my exams when a masked gunman came in and put a gun to my head after he slipped quietly up on the 2nd floor balcony as his entrance, how was this possible we were just studying in one of the safest city's in the state! However that June, 4th 2009 a Friday night at about 11:20 pm my life as I knew it was over! All those plans and opportunities became a past life as he proceeded to make us get on our hands and knees tied our hands behind our backs before dragging us to the bed where we were thrown before he tied our feet and covered our eyes. After, he proceeded to let in what sounded like 3-4 other men who held us for hours as they searched each of the rooms boxes and everything, stealing anything of value our phones, computers, ipads, even my new car that included most of my exams even, the experience has changes the entire trajectory of my life including my relationships ability to feel free to live my life on my terms as I am a hostage to my CPTSD! I believe there was a reason my life was spared that day and have been working to get to a place of healing that would allow me to help raise awareness for so many who suffer in silence as I did for almost 10 years now because people Dont realize this is not just a veteran sickness its debilitating for all that suffer! The saddes part to me is the lack of help for not only those suffering but those that love someone who is suffering also! I hope by sharing parts is my life and experiences advice for both those sick in addition to tbsjr loves ones we can help begin healing and give hope back to the many who have lost hope myself included! So what you can expect to get from my blog is a mix of things from some interviews with experts advise on how to help loved ones suffering and ways i’ve found to help me find what little peace is out there for people in my situation! I want to educate about many things that can not only improve the lives of those with PTSD and depression find a community there accepted it and no different where they feel comfortable sharing and can find things to help lift them up in the darkest of times! I want to do this by blending art and design which I believe are extremely therapeutic to many suffering from mental illness! Please know that I want this to be a place of uplifting others rather than dwelling on what we can't change so inspiring people to take back their lives and others to have compassion for people by bringing awareness to a relatively unknown illness outside of our war veterans! Please always feel free to share your thoughts, stories, advise, experiences and anything you feel will help with improving the quality of life, examples of art and design and ways you were able to turn your tragedy into a triumph as this is a long about winning this battle and healing the sick showing the compassion many need to heal! I’m here on Instagram and Facebook so we can get to know each other better! I will link my personal and business pages from all social media to show my personal and professional side! I will be very honest and transparent in hopes that you can all feel as though you know me and in hopes trust me with such information! Please all my friends know your not alone and help us coming in raising awareness and hopeful of gaining more resources to help all of you sooner then later! Please subscribe to my emails for a wonderful free planner I designed to help you plan and preset your stories for Facebook and Instagram Mahalo
